Several obstacles were encountered: varying soil conditions demanded exhaustive technical studies to properly size roads, and the need to balance durability with budget constraints in secondary zones was critical. Constructing roads able to support heavy industrial loads while ensuring smooth mobility was the core challenge.

Ideal Industries conducted comprehensive reconnaissance and topographic surveys to accurately customize dimensions. Roads were built using C25 concrete, specifically engineered for industrial loads, while compacted earth roads were strategically developed for secondary areas as cost-effective solutions. This balanced approach streamlined traffic, reduced logistics costs, and secured infrastructure longevity, while enabling planned future expansions.
