Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning and Coordination

2. Team Management
Leading and managing a team of engineers, technicians, and laborers to achieve project goals.
3. Site Operations
Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems.
4. Quality Control
Ensuring that all work meets the required quality standards and regulatory requirements.
5. Safety Management
Implementing and enforcing site safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
6. Communication
Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that everyone is informed and aligned with project progress.
7. Problem-Solving
Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during the project execution.
8. Progress Monitoring
Tracking project progress and reporting to senior management and clients.
9. Budget Management
Managing site expenses and ensuring that the project is delivered within budget.
10. Compliance
Ensuring that all site activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
